Maximum occupancy varies by property and is strictly enforced due to fire regulations and off-grid system limitations.
What is the pet policy?
We are pet-friendly with up to 2 dogs allowed. No cats. A $150 pet fee applies per stay. Please crate pets if left unattended, and keep them off furniture and beds. Excessive pet hair may result in additional cleaning fees, and undeclared pets will incur extra charges. Please review the pet policy before booking to avoid additional charges.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

What are the common house rules?
No parties or events are allowed. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please flush only toilet paper, and do not dispose of wipes, feminine products, or grease in the septic system. The use of fire pits, grills, or fireplaces is not permitted during local burn bans.
